first was a online assesment after getting shortlisted in that you recive an interview mail within 2 days, you have to appear for the interview in campus on the day of interview as there were alot of students appearing for the process there will be a long waiting time after that when you appear for the interview it will be a short interaction hardly 20 mins and then you have to wait for few days for the final result

Well I placed in Infosys while I was in college still. And for an entry position they don't actually test any technical competencies. All they care about is basic aptitude and ability to articulate your thoughts and present them in well structured format which I think is very essential for any job.
