Interview was pretty easy. Nothing technical. If you know to talk or make stories, its easy to crack the interview process. Higher management and leads lacks technical competencies.

Interview Process was all went step by step , But they doesn't value candidates time and only their policies matters and not ready to listen anything from candidate. After all the discussions and final selection and saying congratulations you are selected they withdraw the offer saying we dont have projects currently to be allocated and cant take your profile further.
