The interview began with a test which focused on analytic, and reasoning skills reasoning and aptitude. Out of 1088 candidates 88 were selected, Yes i remember because the number was announced.The other candidates weren't made to wait too long which is great considering the fact that the 1:10 (almost) elimination ratio in the first round was frustrating for a few. The next was a interaction round (similar to an HR interview, but quite different, in their words). This was very general and 67 out of 88 candidates were selected, indicating that this was not meant to be an elimination round but a assessment round. This round was very general and focused on issues like team building, reacting under stress, etc. Overall it was a good experience for those not selected (we went in a group) and confidence booster to those selected.
