It was simple process. I was referred by one of my friend working with Infosys itself. Got a mail regarding the same that informing me about my selection for interview (Which was 5-6 days after I got mai), in the mail itself they asked me to fill loads of detail.
Interview was scheduled on weeknd. Went there gave one F2F interview, they asked why you want to switch, how you will value add etc etc.
Then HR called me within 10 minutes (F2F) told me about joining dates and all and said that I will get offer in few days.
Within 5-6 days got offer. That's it
The interview process consisted of an initial screening, followed by technical and managerial rounds. Questions focused on skills, experience, problem-solving abilities, and role suitability, concluding with discussions on expectations and availability.

The interview process consisted of four distinct rounds: an initial HR screening for cultural fit, followed by an intensive Technical round focusing on core competencies. This was followed by a Managerial interview to discuss project leadership and team dynamics, concluding with a final HR discussion regarding expectations and next steps.
