Interview was brief and generic. Questions were asked on past experience and problem solving skills. Since I had previous experience in SAP implementation, it was fairly easy for me to quality for ERP package consulting role.

The interview process consisted of an initial screening, followed by technical and managerial rounds. Questions focused on skills, experience, problem-solving abilities, and role suitability, concluding with discussions on expectations and availability.
The interview process consisted of four distinct rounds: an initial HR screening for cultural fit, followed by an intensive Technical round focusing on core competencies. This was followed by a Managerial interview to discuss project leadership and team dynamics, concluding with a final HR discussion regarding expectations and next steps.
