A key part of the conversation revolved around my motivation for seeking employment specifically in the Business Process Outsourcing sector, prompting me to explain my interest in BPO. They also broached the topic of compensation, asking directly whether I was comfortable with the salary range that had been outlined for the position. Finally, they raised the issue of geographical flexibility, specifically inquiring about my willingness to relocate if the job required it.
