The interview process at Infosys for a Process Executive role is generally structured and professional. One of the main things they asked me was how I would handle a challenging situation or an error in a process. They wanted to see how I approach problem-solving and maintain accuracy under pressure.
2 ROUNDS
1.Aptitude - Maths questions, email writing, voice based questions basic excel questions basic English questions were asked
2. Manager round - basic questions were asked based on your resume
In 2018, it was on campus,
1) online assessment (typical reasoning etc)
2) interview (which was mainly Managerial and also based on resume).
Mostly female candidates got easy questions than male candidates( this is based on experience of my friends and myself)
1 interview with the recruiter and then you wait for them to ring and offer you the job, Easy and straightforward, It's a minimum wage role, so they accept whoever apply
