The interview process begins with an online assessment that includes sections on Quantitative Aptitude, Verbal Ability, Logical Reasoning, Grammar, Puzzles, and Essay Writing. Candidates who clear this round move on to the Technical Interview, where they are evaluated on Object-Oriented Programming concepts, basic programming language knowledge, and other related technical questions. This process tests both analytical and technical skills to assess overall readiness for the role.

Following the assessment test, got shortlisted for the interview phase. The session itself was very smooth; the interviewer created a supportive and comfortable environment right from the beginning. The conversation centered around my project, where I had the opportunity to detail its technical aspects, architectural choices, and the underlying motivation for building it.
Multiple rounds including face to face and aptitude depending on the role type and resume and project related questions were asked with focus on technical concepts including data structures and algorithms
The recruitment process started with an online assessment that included aptitude, reasoning, verbal ability, and programming questions. Candidates who cleared the assessment were invited for a technical and HR interview. The interview lasted around 30 minutes and focused on Java fundamentals, projects mentioned in the resume, OOP concepts, certifications, and basic HR questions. The interviewers were friendly and gave sufficient time to answer.
