First round is with HR Second round is with the engineering manager Third round is a 90 minute technical question interview. They don’t cater for people with social anxiety - forcing you to have to do live coding while they watch you. Pretty appalling

The interview process consisted of four interviews: 1. Initial meet and greet with the recruiter to check job alignment. 2. Hiring manager interview to go over past experience. 3. Technical interview with technical challenge. 4. Final interview with senior staff members. Between each interview you would get detailed feedback for the previous interview as well as prep material for the next interview. This was all provided by the original recruiter who would be in contact with you throughout the whole process. Recruiter was incredibly helpful and supportive throughout the whole process. Made the process a lot more enjoyable than others I have been on before!

1. 30 mins HR call, (resume + background + BQ) 2. 60 mins HM meeting (resume, project, BQ) 3. 90 mins Technical (System Design + Coding) The experience is pretty good, the recruiter moves very fast and explained the process very clearly. The team also provided detailed feedback. The overall experience is pretty good, however I failed to clarify the problems of the system design and focused on some other things instead.
