I was reached out and let them phone screen me and then an Interview with the technical and supposed SFI but the Interviewer already noticed I was not ready for the role for the moment (In which I am also aware during our discussion and I always honest with my capabilities) and advices me what areas to improve in which I appreciated as no other Employers do this and enabled me to tackle it the next time in which I set to do so.
