I participated in the pre-interview for the Associate Business Consultant role at IBM, Malaysia. The interview format involved audio recordings instead of a face-to-face session with HR. There were four pre-recorded video questions, where each question was both read aloud and displayed as subtitles. For every question, I had 60 seconds to prepare my response and 3 minutes to record it. Once recorded, the submission was final, as re-recording was not permitted.

I attended the pre-interview for Associate Business Consultant in IBM, Malaysia. The pre-interview was audio recorded, instead of face to face with the HR.
There are 4 pre-recorded video with questions, the questions will be read out by the guy in the video and shown in subtitle too. In each question, you will have 60seconds to review and prepare the answer. After 60 seconds, you will have 3 minutes to record your audio answer to the questions, and after that click submit for next questions.
The recording can not to be rerecorded.
