The interview takes place over audio call, wuth videos of the interview giving prompts. Thats basically it, very easy interview, but hard to gage any real connection with interviewer, and theres no real vibe tofeel because it is completely online

There's an automated virtual assessment interview as part of the application, where they'll ask you to record answers for 2 questions, followed by 2 rounds of interviews with an associate, manager, or director from the team.

How does your background align with the role you're applying for
This was a recorded interview. Mostly behavioral. Interface was simple but email assessment instructions did not describe that would be the environment. The assessment was on an online platform called Knockri.

There were four questions about resume. Pretty general stuff about resume. Wasn't difficult but you definitely need to prepare. No camera needed for this interview either. Overall, it was pretty simple stuff.
