I only had 1 round of interview - with hiring manager and test lead. Then following day informed my payrol company (I'm a contractor) that I passed. Interview questions more on technologies that you have used in the past.

one telephonic round followed by two technical rounds which mainly tests your skills and one managerial round to explain the policies and negotiate salary and one HR round to discuss the Date of joining and other formalities.

I was called in for an interview with IBM. The position was for a test engineer with Python. Unfortunately this was not clearly indicated to me as I had also applied for another role in a different department. I was woefully under prepared, having been under the impression the interview was for another position.
