I was a campus hire in year 2005, the interview process had lots of technical questions in most of the computerscience areas like programming Language, OS concepts, Data Structure and algorithm.
IBM uses a custom hiring system on its website to screen employees. This allows you to apply to many roles at once. It is however somewhat awkward to get started in.

Second round: Telephonic with US Team
Third Round: Face to Face with the core team
Fourth round: face to Face with Manager
The Entire process was completed in a day.. Got Placed :) and Offer released in few weeks and Accepted Offer
