It was mostly conversational and I loved the portfolio review because due to a thunderstorm in my area, my connection wouldn’t allow my camera to turn on but they were so patient about it. In fact, they told me it was fine and to take a few deep breaths (lol).

Competency interview was made up of 4 recorded questions based on STAR format where you are have 1 minute to prep and 3 minutes to answer the question. Includes a section to write notes on the side while you complete the assessment, as well as a practice session before you officially begin.

virtual recorded questions, about 5 behavioral that are quite expected. How do you work in teams, collaboration, empathy, conflict, etc.
You have time to prep, and then time dedicated to answering. One thing that was unexpected for me was that it was only an audio recording, no visual so got dressed up for no reason.
