Overall atmosphere that every IBM HR employee projected was one of encouragement. It was not an intimidating environment at any point.
Initially had a technical phone screen. Subsequently, was invited to an in person interview. Interview consisted of 2 sessions. Morning session involved a case study where interviewees interviewing for various positions were broken into teams. Each team had to do a presentation following the case study. Interviewees were repeatedly informed that they were not competing with other teams or team members, but instead, competing against themselves as they were participating in the case study & doing the presentation. IBM observers were present & making notes during the entire process of teams discussing case study & finalizing presentation.
Second session was comprised of multiple 1:1 interview sessions. Two of my sessions were behavioral type interviews & one was technical. Interviewer doing the technical interview (Associate Partner) was very knowledgeable re: technical details & primarily focused on topics I had indicated that I had experience with. Each interviewer asked if I had any questions for them but it was hard to get in too many questions in the allotted time.
HR personnel indicated that all interviewees were welcome to reach out to their 'Recruiting Manager' after the interview with any questions they may have.

Slow, painfully slow. They take their sweet time getting back to you so most of the time you dont even know if you are still being conssidered for the role

Entrevista
went thru 3 rounds of interview. First is the initial interview done by the HR -> technical Interview-> client interview -> offer. After passing technical interview with the SME, I had another round of technical interview with the Project manager, tech lead and the client. Most of the questions are situational.

when the app open for the first time, it loads so slow but then the user reloads the app again without closing the browser, it now loads a lot faster but when he close the browser and open the app again for the first time, it takes some time to load again, what do you think is the issue and how will you resolve it?
