After six months from my first application, someone from Bratislava called me referring to a request I submitted on LinkedIn. I met both the director and the sales manager of the LoB I applied for at the office in Segrate. During the first interview questions were about my business skills, asking for references, my experience, etc. After 15 days they called me again for a second round, with the same persons, adding 3 persons from HR. Questions were pretty the same, plus salary, benefits, what do I expect from the job.

Multi-step interview process. 2nd interview was a roleplay presentation. Hiring was placed on hold after my 3rd interview. Final interview with a sales VP where he was unprepared and asked some questions over and over. A lot of things about the role seemed unknown.

Slow interview process, not much feedback during waiting period between interviews. Lots of prep is needed for these interviews. I had to follow-up with the person managing my application a few times to get updates on when I would hear back from them.

they asked me to do a stand and deliver (pitch), mine was approx 5-10 minutes and I had to decide on a specific IBM product I wanted to pitch.
