IBM pre screens employees based on their CV and requirement. There are 2 rounds of technical interviews and then the last one is HR round where it’s checked if the employee is company fit and team fit
The interview process started with my background, technical experience, and career goals. This was followed by a technical discussion where I answered scenario-based Salesforce questions and talked about my past projects, including UI changes and integrations. Overall, the process assessed both communication skills and practical technical knowledge.

Interview was very good and focused on more Technical. They may ask all around from Salesforce Ecosystem.
So Please get updated with all new Updates from SFDC and get ready with more scenario based questions.
Fun interview, learned a lot of the basics of Salesforce and other products that the company offers. Also learned a lot about the day to day process of the average Developer there.
