- They reached out with a short phone call and a few very short background questions. - The next step was a Psychotechnical test, I was given a link and a few days, I could do it from home when I wanted. They don't share the results at the end. - After a few days I received an English test, same as the previous one but in this case, you get the result as well. - After that, I got another phone call, and at the end of it I was invited to the group interview. - Group interview, there were 12 of us, it was a usual case expose and we had to negotiate and reach a conclusion within a certain amount of time. - Lastly, a few days after the group interview, I got a call to schedule the last individual interview with the manager

The group interview was just about testing our English level, having to introduce ourselves and answer a few questions such as: what is the thing you enjoy the most about the company, or what excites us more about the role and job opportunity. Then, the final interview with the manager was extremely easy, they didn't ask anything, no technical question no nothing. There was one question besides going over my CV and asking for more context, and it was: What is Ruby?

Friendly interviewer, especially for new grad. Encourage you to share your experience. The job content matched what was discussed during the interview. Did not ask unreasonable question. Also give you time to ask question about the company. Quite an enjoyable interview experience.
