There were four Rounds and all were technical capabilities including the managerial Round. Feedback was received via email stating that the interview was cleared. Later HR called and offered the Salary which is leas than my previous organisation. Not Fair.

went thru 3 rounds of interview. First is the initial interview done by the HR -> technical Interview-> client interview -> offer. After passing technical interview with the SME, I had another round of technical interview with the Project manager, tech lead and the client. Most of the questions are situational.

when the app open for the first time, it loads so slow but then the user reloads the app again without closing the browser, it now loads a lot faster but when he close the browser and open the app again for the first time, it takes some time to load again, what do you think is the issue and how will you resolve it?
