They first asked me to briefly introduce myself, and asked me questions regarding to my transcript and resume. Then they moved on to introducing different jobs to me and asked me technical questions and experiences related to the jobs they were interview.

Please describe some class project you did in programming classes. Explain in details.
sent online application to all applicants immediately after applying, did not take very long to complete, gets back to you pretty quickly, fairly typical for swe internship interviews + OA in terms of difficulty
I got the situational interview. I had prepared for questions about like how will I debug AI-related issues, what will I do when things break etcetera but they asked more like, how will you make all team members feel included, how will you communicate with non-technical stakeholders etcetera. Also I felt one of the questions they asked me was based on the answer of a previous question that they wanted to dig further into.

Had a call with two senior employees, both really nice asked me why IBM, resume and what are my weaknesses. Overall relaxed atmosphere and very pleasant. Tried to accommodate wishes for internship.
