I appeared for IBM GBS campus hiring batch 2022.
The selection process consists of 3 rounds in order as:
1. Coding based assessment - Two very easy coding challenges were given.
2. Cognitive assessment - This is quite an unusual type of assessment where we had to play some basic but tricky games which would evaluate our cognitive ability.
3. English assessment - Tests your english language skills.
People who cleared all three rounds were called for an interview the next day.
Suppose you are working in a company X which is delivering a product to company Y. Company Y had supplied all the resources that company X needs to build the product. But it was found out that some info was lacking from Y which is required to successfully build the project. How would you solve this issue?
Suppose you are the project leader of a new project and a group of people are working under your instructions. How would you assign work to all these different people?
