Solicité el puesto a través de un captador. El proceso duró 1 día. Acudí a una entrevista en IBM (Nueva Delhi)
Entrevista
This is one of my favourite interviews ever. The interviewer who had 18+ years of experience, interacted with me like just a work colleague. This interview felt like a KT session where he helped me understand that basics is the most important thing needed for an interview. Although I didn't get the job, this one feels close to heart. He appreciated me when I gave right answers to some questions and corrected me when I was wrong. All the questions he asked me were somehow helpful to me in preparing for the next interviews and I was able to land an offer with a good organization literally in the next interview. The only thing I felt bad is the HR person. The HR called me around 11 AM, asked to apply before 12 PM and upload documents before 12.30 PM and scheduled the interview around 3.30 PM. Then they didn't even mail me the results and gave me no response after I sent them a mail weeks after the interview.
Was nice and everything worked correclty and it was detailed interview with lots of questions technically and above all the interviewer was nice and knew how to break the ice easily and helping
there were total 3 rounds, out of which 2 technical, 1 is HR.
First level of technical is quite ok related to the basic understanding of RICEFW and 2nd level is about practical scenarios that we faced during development.

Pregunta 1
Multiple questions on RICEFW and precise on real time experience
It was a mass interview drive in a shared setup location in Pune. Little haphazard, in my opinion. I think it could have been better managed with slot based interview.
