They were not evaluating the candidate on the basis knowledge and logic they carry with, Interviewer was just stuck on asking the Syntaxes of technologies and this makes difficult for candidate to answer properly.
IBM scheduled an interview without asking for my availability, forcing me to miss class in order to attend as I was completely unable to reschedule it. I was also sent no email in the days following the interview to update me on the status of my application. I had to look at the website to see that I was no longer under consideration. Just an overall awful process.

First, the interviewer explained the interview steps. Then, he asked me to introduce myself and talk about what I’m currently doing in my job. After that, he asked me some technical questions and situational questions.
