Interview process is very bad and they don't value your time. Talent Acquisition team is worst team they doesn't have common sense and they called me almost 100 times even I told them I don't have time to attend interview on that particular day. PDM' s are very pathetic. even they don't value your time. If they don't have a expected budget or at least near to it asked by candidate what is point of wasting his time to conduct interview. They are trying to bargain a product of 100 rupee to 1 rupee without basic common sense. My opinion is better don't go for IBM if you are looking for a great career and to be successful in your life.
