I have been contacted by recruitment team for an interview. The questions asked were java coding questions and some basic questions on selenium. Next day recruitment team call saying you were not selected and asked for one more technical round for other project. I agreed to it. Second technical interview he asked questions on selenium, testNG. The second interviewer kept me on hold for 5 min on WebEx and again 5 min on phone. This was really unprofessional. In addition he asked my expected salary. People in IBM will reject you if they feel there salary will be less. I didn't hear back but I m sure he will not select me :-) In both the cases the interviewer seems having less experience than me. I am an ex IBM employee and this definitely gives bad impression to the candidate. Please streamline your process with some recording and all so that people evaluate candidate on there ability and not the salary.
