I applied for the position on IBM website. I was contacted by HR, they asked a series of questions. Why was I looking for a new position. We discussed the company and salary expectations. I received a second call from HR to set up an interview with the manager.
Thre are three Rounds of interview. 1 Technical 2 Managerial 3 HR discussion. In first round they ask technical questions related to sap implementation process in green field and brown field implementation.
They have two rounds in total and is very good. First round will be Technical round and second round will be Manager round which is also considered as HR round.

It was a good set of interviews that was detailed enough to figure out who I am and where I would fit best. I met multiple people and discussed many different topics.
