Bad experience, Interview was scheduled for 10:30 am at Manyata tech park. made me wait till 2:30. the interview panel did not turn up on the day so struggled to arrange a new interviewer over telephone. The candidates whose interviews were scheduled after me were picked first and I was made to wait till all are over even after mutiple request and was told not cleared and favoring gender bias.

Overall basics and bookish knowledge asking functionalities rather than stressing on development.
First round technical. - easy technical questions on iOS
Second round managerial round. - behavioral questions and all about my resume. Why I switched multiple companies and why I want to Join IBM. manager took interview just for name sake. He was not happy about my multiple switches. They should have checked this before the first round itself. Wasted my time.

Entrevista
Excellent interview process. I was quizzed both on technical know how and theory. IBM took a machine test and the question quality was excellent.IBM focuses more on hands on experience rather than theory.
