2019- the interview had 4 rounds 1st round was general ability assessment test( you usually have to play some puzzle games which are related to your reflexes problem solving skills and basic mathematics) 2nd round was personality test ( u have to answer 50 questions which are based to determine your personality) 3rd round was communication round . here is how it went : me: hi sir , how r you? hr: am good , have a seat. me:been a long day right sir? have u had any snacks?(it was 4 pm and they were interviewing since morning) hr: yeah you wanna have some? me: no sir , thank you. hr: okay......*went through my resume* talk about yourself. me: said ( always have some interactive questions 😁) hr: okay hr: are you willing to work in any location on any shift? me: yes sir . hr: you have any qstns to ask? me: how is the work culture in ibm, how isthe mentor mentee relationship? hr: answered hr: okay u can go , i will update the results. 4th round was technical interview hr : introduce myself me: did hr: r u willing to relocate? me: yes hr: explain your final year project.. me:did and then he asked some technical questions and concluded the interview. after a 10 mins wait , it was announced that i got selected and need to fill some forms . after it i submitted my biometrics and my marksheets were validated.later i was told that i will be contacted directly from team about the work location and shift. right now am waiting for the call😁. overall i was soo happy that i cracked my 1st ever interview 😁, ibm hrs' were really good towards candidates.nice experience. good luck on your interview.
