Entrevista
I had applied for Project Manager position at Halifax (Canada) in March 2018 and opted for face-to-face interview. I had work experience for more than 18 years in IT industry and never experienced such unprofessional process. HR had asked me to choose time/date which I chose. Just one day before scheduled interview, I got call from HR that interview is postponed to next week. Again when new date was approaching, interview was second time postponed as interview panel felt that weather was stormy although I was ready to go. Then again, 3rd time interview as postponed at last moment on same day of schedule, as interviewer had to prepare some presentations for some anniversary event which was known to whole Halifax city much earlier. Finally, interview happened in Bedford office in 4th attempt and again main interviewer was delayed by 15 minutes and junior interviewer was not aware about his colleagues in panel. Later, after 2 weeks I heard from HR that they are not proceeding with my candidature. When I asked for feedback, I never got any reply.
Sharing my experience here for the guidance of other folks who may be interested to work for IBM Canada.

Entrevista
Got a link to a platform where you were asked to answer a series of questions. The answers had to be recorded, every answer was supposed to be answered in less than 3 minutes. Beforehand, the advice was given to prepare using the STAR framework.
Important: once started, you can only interrupt the process once, since they don't want you to have unlimited preparation time for the answers. If it gets interrupted (e.g. due to network connectivity or by closing the tab) a second time, the process is stopped and your interview is basically aborted.

Entrevista
Zuerst tauschen wir uns über die gegenseitigen Erwartungen aus. Danach besprechen wir konkrete Situationen aus meiner bisherigen Arbeit im Banking-Sektor, zum Beispiel wie ich Herausforderungen gelöst habe. Mir ist ein ehrlicher Austausch wichtig, damit beide Seiten sehen, ob die Zusammenarbeit passt.
Got sent an invite to interview a couple days after I applied online. They move through the process quite quickly and they'll send you emails for additional forms to fill out if you move through the process.
