I went to my university sponsored career fair and talked to the representative who said they'd pass on my resume. I heard back from them a month later and they wanted to do an on-site or phone interview. I opted for on-site and drove 4 hours to the office in Rochester, MN. I interviewed with 4 different people for about 2 and a half hours. They asked me typical questions about my experience at school. No weird questions.

Passed first round of interview process, received confirmation to proceed, then the hiring manager realized I wasn't eligible due to a mistake in the job description and disqualified me -_-
it was good the process was bit difficult it was about jurnal entries and accounting three rounds of interview with technical hr and resume shotlisting technical is bit hard to crack
Average. Totally 3 rounds, 1st round is the phone screening , then 2nd round interview, meet with direct managers after a week, then meet with department managers in 2 weeks...............
