Interview was 3 rounds on 3 Saturdays. 1st round: Individual presentation, Group Presentation, Written Test(Logical + Essay + Optional Code) 2nd round: Individual Interview - Behavioural + CV + Some Technical Questions 3rd round: Group Presentation to senior management + 5 min partner interview about career goals, fit in IBM, etc. Its been 2 weeks since 3rd round but I haven't heard anything. I must say IBM HK HR is pathetic. They don't seem to be people centric and have no interest in understanding candidates timelines and answering their queries. Update: I called IBM to talk to HR and they said that offers have already been sent out. So there you go, forget informing final round candidates why they didn't make the cut, they apparently don't feel the need to inform them about the decision also.

A entrevista foi dividida em duas etapas e foi tranquila. Porém, na primeira entrevista, a vaga tinha um escopo. Na segunda etapa, a vaga ganhava um escopo totalmente diferente. Com a quebra de expectativa, não senti segurança em continuar o processo seletivo e declinei a continuação.
