I was asked to prepare a one-on-one presentation beforehand talking about ourselves and IBM. I was also asked to participate in two group exercises. I was also told to prepare questions for the interviewer. It took about 4 hours.

Entrevista
Very long application form, then completed online test and video interview and screened CV for final time. Went to assessment centre. Had to do two group exercises (Logic and Discussion), a prepared presentation and personal interview.
It was a long interview, very difficult. The hiring manager seemed nice though, asked about 20 questions on different aspects of my life. Would recommend applying to everyone! Great company!
