Internal recommandation by a friend. No HR interview but directly get the on site interview. Interviewed by the team manager, asked a few technical questions and a lot of behavior questions. Got the internship offer after 2 days.

Over the phone interview in English
Then another one in Turkish ( the employer who did the interview was a native speaker and he was a kind person )
Then last one wasn't an interview...only i was asked 2 questions in English about language qualifications I guess...other than that it was negotiations and explaining work hours

O processo foi bem tranquilo, primeiro uma entrevista com o time de RH, depois uma entrevista com o gestor da área e por fim, uma entrevista técnica em inglês. Todos muito pacientes e prestativos ao longo do processo.
