The interview take around 20 min. They will ask basic but tricky regarding the IT. They wanna know if you understand the IT login and process. There 2 person from IBM will do the interview. After they ask you about IT related issue. They will test you with some role play on how to communicate with the customer.

Kelly Services misrepresented this job from start to finish. Armed with 2 college degrees, I was sent to a place where strong body odor and the inability to operate Windows 7 dominates the call center floor. I was flat out lied to in regards to this job. I was paid less on arrival and the schedule was far different. Ironically, Kelly Svc lost their account to sleazy CCI.
