i got the intimation for the phonic interview the before day and the hr fixed an appoinment with me as a result of employee referral. the next day as per the appoinment fixed hr called me bt it was half an hour delay !! thn the actual process started.

if you are hired we will put u in agreetment of 8 r 12 months in an non technical domain thn depending upon ur involvement we will consider. are u willing to work under this condition?
Js a final round (60 min). Half was behavioral, other half is a leetcode medium. He asked why computer science and other normal behaviorals like how you manage your work, etc.
The interview process included application screening, a technical assessment, a technical interview focusing on problem-solving and project knowledge, followed by an HR round evaluating communication skills, teamwork, adaptability, and overall cultural fit.
Leetcode 269, Leetcode coin change problem, isomorphic strings, grouped anagrams
These were mainly DSA questions asked and interview was expecting the optimal solution and time complexity of different ways to solve a problem
