few scenario based question so you need to demonstrate about a critical issues and how did you solve that issue. Also asked about my weakness and strong.

Easy and straightfoward. There was only 2-3 rounds of interviews. The call was with three people panel. Mostly asked about experience. Got a call back within a month. Really dependent on team and manager.
They had three interviews: HR, technical and with the director. Technical interview was difficult, I got like around 40 questions in an hour. It started from subnetting essentials and ended up like BGP attributes details.
