The day started with some individual, isolated tests, followed by individual presentations. This was followed by an interview scenario where candidates were asked to role-play. After this, applicants were grouped and asked to participate in some team exercises, focusing on persuasion and discussion. The day concluded with a personal one-on-one interview with a single assessor.

Asked various theoretical questions, mostly focusing on things to do with data. Asked questions about efficiency and how you would ensure it, as well as asking what experience I had with testing
