Panel tested me on the profile I was applying for. They also asked a lot of questions on my current role at that point of time. The offered role, being a generic one, did not require special skills apart from communication, so no questions were asked on my curriculum. It was an easy one overall.
first i met with HR then i got the test then hiring manager. they were asking my background, my goals etc.
it took 1.5 months to finish the process.

The interview was focused on areas of service management and ITIL process management, very pertinent to the role. I would recommend studying ITIL in-depth and thinking about examples of practical application of best ITSM practices in everyday work life.
