surprisingly quick and informal. The country manager at the time came from a acquisition so I believe he was the key driver for this no fuss and effective approach.

Tell us about a time you successfully won a large enterprise software deal? What do you believe where the key things you did which won you this business?
Multi-step interview process. 2nd interview was a roleplay presentation. Hiring was placed on hold after my 3rd interview. Final interview with a sales VP where he was unprepared and asked some questions over and over. A lot of things about the role seemed unknown.

Slow interview process, not much feedback during waiting period between interviews. Lots of prep is needed for these interviews. I had to follow-up with the person managing my application a few times to get updates on when I would hear back from them.
