Gauntlet-esque. There was a very intense design challenge. They said there was a limit of 5 hours on it, but if I had spent 5 hours on it I would have been laughed out of the room. It was more like 25 hours, and they gave me 4 days warning before my in person interview.

If you start working here and are put on a team that you where everyone on your team is located elsewhere and you find no interest in the subject matter, what would you do?
Minimal communication and unclear expectations before the interview. The interview was a mix of behavioral, UX specific, and portfolio review questions. Not much time for the interviewee to ask questions themselves.
The first round was a video assessment I received a day after applying to the job. I got 1 minute to prepare my answer and 3 minutes to respond. In total, I answered 4 different behavioral questions.
Intro / Asssessment / HR / Team Interview that's how it all starts and wraps up to final rounds. it was pretty easy for the intital rounds. However, they dive deeper into the projects and ask more about the context and the design decisoins, they critque and see how you performed during those tasks
