I put a resume into a bank for the Grace Hopper Convention. I was contacted in a form email about cognitive era jobs. I applied via the link and was sent a hirevue assessment soon after. It was a 3 hour long assessment containing both behavioral and technical questions.

Given a few strings that have essentially the same alphabetic characters but differing case, punctuation, etc, return the least common denominator output that defaults to the first string given.

Entrevista
Applied on line through IBM's career website and received an invitation to take a coding assessment in the next 24 hours to be considered for the hiring process. Haven't gotten farther than that.
Got a coding assessment and had two weeks to complete it. Did not hear back after submission of coding assessment. Did not feel rushed in terms of time during the coding assessment.
I did two coding challenges. Both of them involved programming in Python and/or SQL, but I did not hear back after the second one.... Otherwise, it was fairly normal process, and I like the company alright.
