There was a phone interview in which you had to do a simple coding exercise and answer a few questions about what languages I use. After that I received a fly-down for a full-day interview. There were about 20 of us and we had 4 stages. 1:1 coding review, group panel to discuss technologies and languages, presentation, and a group problem-solving exercise.
