1st phase --> mostly technical questions from HR. Very few for resume. Around 20 minutes. Refresh your knowledge in financial statements (cash flow statements, Balance Sheet and I/E statements)
2nd phase --> Interview with managers. Around 1 hour interview. Either through Skype or face-to-face. Questions regarding your resume. Then about IBM, current status, etc.. just read about IBM and current news. Maybe a test (testing your accounting/finance background, mostly journals). That's all.

2. Meeting with first line manager involving case studies, accounting knowledge.
3. Meeting with second line manager involving expectations on your job and reality of IBM works.
Waited around one month after application for them to contact me, after HR call, proceed to hiring manager interview. Clear steps and process. Everything through their website hence quite easy

Primero me hicieron completar un formulario con preguntas sobre en qué me destaco y qué podría aportar. Después tuve dos entrevistas virtuales: una con RRHH y otra con el manager y los team leaders del sector. Finalmente recibí la carta oferta. Todo ésto se desarrolló en el lapso de 15 días.

En la entrevista con RRHH me hicieron preguntas en inglés sobre por qué quería trabajar en la empresa, y en la entrevista técnica con el manager dos preguntas de contabilidad: una sobre un caso y cómo lo resolvería, y la segunda habiendo leído un documento en inglés, aplicar ese contenido en un caso contable.
