Solicité el puesto a través de la recomendación de un empleado. El proceso duró 4 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en IBM (Guadalajara, Jalisco)

I was referred by an employee, I met an HR Generalist that what looking for a professional profile like me.
It was some general questions and an Excel test (VLOOKUP, Pivot tables, advanced functions, etc).
Before get the interview, I needed to complete some math, personality and English tests
3 Levels of Interview, along with MS Excel skills and presentation skills. They want to see your communication skills and your interpersonal skills. Interpersonal skills are the behaviors and tactics people use to interact with others effectively. Some people are born with them but they can be learned
