Got assigned a take-home video assessment. When I took it, I was surprised to find out it was audio only. It felt like they were just going to parse through my answers using AI. If I knew, I would've just had a cheat sheet on the side and just read it.

Describe a time you faced a challenging situation with a coworker.
The whole recruitment process took 5 months. I applied for IBM ix studio in July. I got my first response from the HR after a week . She described the complete process from me. Later I got an invitation to complete cognitive test which lasted for an hour.
I was called for my first interview in September which was a take home design challenge for 24 hrs. Next day, I was asked to present it to the interviewers. The interview went well. Another design challenge was tasked for my second interview 3 weeks later. which was again a 24 hr challenge.
I got a call from the HR a month later with an offer.

Entrevista
I applied online and received an invitation to complete an assessment. The assessment was a complete waste of time and is clearly a way for IBM to get away with gatekeeping. I really don't understand how this assessment is indicative of the type of designer someone is or will be (considering this is an entry level position). I never received any follow up after completing this assessment. I had to log in to their outdated system to find out I was "no longer under consideration" about a month later. I find it hypocritical how IBM likes to emphasize their "willingness" to bring in entry-level talent, yet this is how their recruiting process is. Disappointing.
