First it was Aptitude Test (Tough)
English communications test (Completely on the Mail communication, grammar)
GD(To check the pronunciation and again the communication)
HR (Mini Project and Main Project)
Overall the experience was good..But it took 10 days to call for the next round of interview..v should be patience in this process as there are many procedures to be followed when it comes to hiring process in IBM

## IBM Interview Process
