Scheduled an interview for this position. I log into the call. Nobody joins me. I stay logged in and a few minutes later, my phone buzzes. I check it: it's an email from the recruiter calling off our interview. Email was sent exactly at the time our interview was scheduled. Said the position had already been occupied in the meantime.

From the Hr's also will get quick response and Interview was good, had 2 technical rounds and one hr round ... so quick and fast recruitment process. Happy to be part of IBM
