The interview was one way. They allow you one practice question just to get the hand of of the flow, as well as make sure your audio is working. They don’t have you turn on your camera, but I dressed in a nice polo and quarter zip just in case I’d recommend to do the same just because you never know. Just took it today so not sure if I’ll receive an offer, which is why I picked “no” below.

The first interview consisted of 4 behavioral questions (talk about a time you had to meet an urgent deadline, etc.). It was pre-recorded questions and you had 2-3 min to answer each.
