I applied online, then I heard a reply one week later to schedule a phone screen. The phone screen went well and the next week I was onsite for an in-person interview where I was interviewed by 5 different people for 2.5 hours, 4 was behavioral questions and 1 was technical questions. Obviously, your personality and soft skills is good chunk of what they look for in you in a TSE role. Make them like you! The experience overall was nice. People there were nice and made me feel comfortable. I just wish I got the job.
